One of the most critical functions you need in managing your email inbox for Inbox Zero is to be able to delay or boomerang emails to come back when they are relevant in time.  They shouldn’t just sit there.

You should also be able to send someone else and email and not have to worry about if they forget about you, ignore you or don’t reply and follow-up on a request.
